Long non‐coding RNA CRNDE sponges miR‐384 to promote proliferation and metastasis of pancreatic cancer cells through upregulating IRS1

Abstract: Colorectal neoplasia differentially expressed performed an oncogenic function in cell proliferation as well as metastasis of pancreatic cancer. Our results suggest that CRNDE is likely to serve as an efficient therapeutic approach in respect of pancreatic cancer treatment.

“…We found high-expression of CRNDE was corrected with advanced clinical stage, large tumor size, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis, and poor pathological grade in patients with ccRCC. 23 In addition, similar results also were reported in bladder cancer cases. 30 Li et al and Jing et al consistently suggested patients having glioma with high WHO grade exhibited higher CRNDE expression than patients having glioma with low WHO grade.…”

“…33 Moreover, Wang et al revealed that CRNDE expression appeared to have positive correlation with tumor differentiation, tumor size, TNM stage, and lymph nodal metastasis in patients with pancreatic cancer. 23 In addition, similar results also were reported in bladder cancer cases. 24 In patients with hepatocellular carcinoma, Chen et al demonstrated that CRNDE has a positive correlation with clinicopathological features including TNM stage and lymphatic metastasis.…”

“…Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) are a group of noncoding RNAs longer than 200 nucleotides in length with no or limited protein‐coding capacity . Recently, several studies suggested that lncRNAs acted important roles in a variety of biological processes such as cell differentiation, development, growth, migration, metastasis, and metabolize . A lot of lncRNAs were indentified to be deregulated in tumors including lung cancer, bladder cancer, osteosarcoma, glioblastoma, colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, and also LSCC .…”
