The purpose of his study is to determine the factors that influence the sustainability of entrepreneurial business operations in the Lower Northeastern Area of Thailand, across varies industries. We followed the marketing mix (5P) model exploring product perspective, price perspective, distribution channel, promotion perspective and people perspective and their influence on entrepreneurial business operations sustainability. There was a strong emphasize on the quality and quantity of products provided as well as uniqueness of the products and services developed by the entrepreneurs. Price was less important as long as it was competitive. Location was the most important factor when it came to distribution channel especially for service businesses. Online businesses were slowly developing. Customers preferred brick and mortar family businesses with knowledgeable and friendly entrepreneurs who are service oriented. People make the difference in the sustainability of entrepreneurial operations.

The current business environment is characterized by high competition between companies as well as global challenges and growing technological progress. Businesses must constantly adapt to changes in the business environment, changes in the market environment and the constantly changing requirements of customers. There are currently several tools and ways to respond to these changes. One of the most important areas can be considered corporate strategy, because it determines the basic direction of the company. An important area is also marketing, which affects the overall business activity. Determining the right marketing strategy has an important impact on the overall direction of the company. Another important element of the current time in the field of business is innovation, which can be considered a basic prerequisite for the success of the company. The issue of innovation management is currently one of the basic conditions for maintaining a market position and maintaining competitiveness. The aim of the article is to point out the theoretical basis of the corporate strategy, marketing strategy and the importance of innovation in business. Subsequently, based on secondary findings, we analyze available selected data related to innovation in Slovakia.

E-commerce is becoming more and more popular. The COVID-19 pandemic made its development even faster. Currently, an enterprise that does not provide its services via the Internet is suffering heavy losses. Online shopping is largely different from traditional purchases, so their assessment should be made on the basis of different criteria. The aim of the paper was to assess the quality of services provided by the selected e-shop, in terms of its commercial services. The first stage of the research was the analysis of the literature in terms of hierarchical models of e-service quality, which in their structure indicate the areas of assessment. This allowed for the construction of the author’s hierarchical model of e-services and for making a list of attributes that were used in further research. On the example of the clothing e-shop, an analysis of the provided services was made, taking into account the opinions of its customers. The Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) was selected as the basis for conducting the survey research and analyzing its results, which facilitates the commenting of the obtained results. The research allowed to indicate the strengths and weaknesses of the examined e-shop, but also to identify areas requiring improvement in order to increase the quality of the offered services, as well as the customers satisfaction.
