The primary objective of this study is to develop a hybrid multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) model to evaluate and compare the organizational health literacy responsiveness (OHLR) level of hospitals. To achieve this goal, the health literacy performance indicators are selected, some potential uses of single and hybrid MCDM and qualitative approaches for structured comparison purposes are illustrated, one more common hybrid approach based on the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process and fuzzy Delphi method was chosen, developed, and applied. To compare the proposed model with its classical non fuzzy version (Qualitative -AHP), a case study example on the effect of their implementation on a structured comparison decisions is conceded, and the Bland Altman agreement method is applied to compare the results obtained by them. The results present the suitability of the application of both hybrid approaches for solving the problem. It also shows that the application of them leads to a distinctive outcomes. Robust Fuzzy based outcomes, and small agreement interval (< 0.0113) and little average change level in the rates of the hospitals (< 2.08 %) are observed between results acquired by the Fuzzy based approach and those which were defined by the other model. Based on these results, a fuzzy based model was recommended for structured comparison of the OHLR level of hospitals under uncertainty conditions. It supports sustainable planning practices, and helps with improvement and effectively distributes the necessary resources.

Agricultural leisure is one of the development trends in modern society. However, in leisure agriculture management, managers must consider the dual characteristics of agricultural production technology and the leisure service industry. Therefore, managers often face various selection pressures during management decision-making. This study examined the following five evaluation aspects: organization and operation, leisure agricultural resources, environmental maintenance management, public facility maintenance management, and operational performance. Thereafter, according to the five evaluation aspects, 21 subprojects were further divided at the second level on the basis of different attributes. Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) was adopted to calculate the relative weights of various indicators, and the indicators were dynamically sorted according to their importance. Moreover, the study summarized the dynamic management indicators of leisure agriculture and contributed to research on leisure farming. The results show that managers’ approach toward leisure agriculture management can be divided into three types: active, moderate, and conservative. The indicators in which the active managers attach importance when managing leisure agricultural enterprises are clearly different from those valued by moderate and conservative managers. Finding managers who are suitable for leisure agriculture management is of great significance to leisure agriculture enterprises. Appointing managers with appropriate attitudes who can continuously improve the efficiency of enterprises and create a competitive advantage can bring sustainable business value to these enterprises.

Customer-oriented new product design is one of the most important processes in the production environment to improve product quality and reliability and maximize their productivity. It is also necessary to consider customer expectations in this process for an effective design. In this paper, we present a methodology which is called Pythagorean Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (PF-AHP) for prioritizing criteria which should be considered for an efficient customer-oriented new product design in Industry 4.0 transition primarily. We use Pythagorean Fuzzy Sets (PFSs) to allow experts to make more flexible evaluations and handle the uncertain and vague information in a wider way. We determine five main and eighteen sub-criteria that affect the new product design process and after applying PF-AHP, we find that the most important main-criterion determined as "Production" and sub-criterion determined as "Return on Investment".
