Nach 8 Wochen zeigten noch 10 der 17 mit Tropisetron behandelten Patienten, dagegen nur 2 der 16 mit Lidocain therapierten Fälle eine gute Beeinflussung der lokalen Schmerzzustände [12]. Auch die Behandlung von Triggerpunkten mit Tropisetron bei Patienten mit Schmerzzuständen nach HWSSchleudertrauma ergaben sehr befriedigende Resultate, wenn der Effekt auch keineswegs in allen Fällen gleich war [3].…”
