Abstract: Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a hematological malignancy with a low cure rate, especially in the elderly. Previous studies have shown that long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) may be an important factor in the pathogenesis of hematological malignancies, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
