Litigation Arising From Minimally Invasive Cosmetic Procedures: A Review of the Literature

Abstract: BACKGROUND Minimally invasive cosmetic procedures are on the rise. To meet this rising demand, increasing numbers of physicians and nonphysicians are performing these procedures.
