“…The isocratic chromatography method was adapted from a previously validated, unpublished method that was used to analyse linezolid in plasma samples. Assessment of potential phospholipid interference was done using phospholipid transitions previously used in our laboratory [ 23 ]. Phospholipids were not detected, and this was not surprising since phospholipid concentrations in CSF are relatively low, and the mass spectrometer used in this method was not sensitive enough to detect them.…”
