Statistically (L 25 via CCD 20 ), a novel array via response surface analytical process was an attempt to develop a quantification of the pharmacies/bulk, Isradipine using organic medium (methanol & chloroform) as solvent. During analysis, the maximum absorption wavelength of model drug was found at lambda max 327nm and also done its recovery via validation further. In the beginning, by using a quality improvement statistically array looms (Taguchi) was generated numerous level/space (s) of the independent variable (A=methanol; B=chloroform & C=ratio of A: B) by performing experimentally (L 25 array runs to studied their response to be found the finer spaces). Additionally, a three-dimensional response surfaces strategy [RSM; three dimensional central composite designs (CCD 20 )] explored variables non-factorial levels which are used as fine. Also, responses quadratic (02 nd order) equation of response (Y=absorption) was predicted analytically for "finer to finest" (2.5 to 15μg/ml) by analysis alone variable space as well as together. Thus, newfangled Beer's finest in-terms of linearity, precision, sensitivity and accuracy during analysis range was found and also validated for further, finest determination. As well, economically inexpensive quantitative can be titled as newfangled analytical estimation of Isradpine (CCB s; Calcium channel blocker) in bulk/Pharmacia forms.

It includes a liquid-liquid extraction, and carbamazepine as internal standard. Chloroform: ethyl acetate: cyclohexane (19:2:2, v/v/v) was the mobile phase. The method showed good relationship (r = 0.996) (2.00 to 25.00 ng/band, corresponding to 0.02 and 0.25 ng/μL in serum). The % RSD of intra-assay and inter-assay, were between 0.57 and 3.56 and 1.16 to 3.60, respectively. LOD and LOQ were 0.72 and 0.86 ng/band, respectively. The recovery values were between 93 and 102%. R f for nifedipine and carbamazepine were 0.31 and 0.10, respectively.

Nifedipine is a photosensitive compound that is converted into its 4-(2-nitrophenyl) pyridine and 4-(2-nitrosophenyl) pyridine homologue. In order to obtain the most adequate conditions for handling nifedipine solutions in the analytical laboratory, a number of studies on the decomposition of this compound were performed. A simple micellar liquid chromatographic procedure was described to determine nifedipine in different biological matrices such as serum and urine, and to control its decomposition. To perform the analysis, nifedipine was dissolved in 0.1 m SDS at pH 3 and chromatographed using a mobile phase containing 0.125 m SDS-3% pentanol, pH 3 on a C18 column and UV detection at 235 nm. The chromatographic analysis time was 8 min. The response of the drug for both biological matrices was linear in the 1-100 microg/mL range, with r2>0.997 at all times. Repeatability, intermediate precision (CV, %) and limits of quantification and detection (ng/mL) were 0.19, 4.3, 104 and 31 in serum and 0.81, 2.1, 136 and 41 in urine. The method developed here does not show interferences or matrix effects produced by endogenous compounds. Micellar media and mobile phases have the advantage of stabilising the compounds, thus preventing photodegradation and allowing the direct injection of biological samples.
