Linguistic Anomalies in Free Indirect Speech: By the Material of M. Tsvetaeva’s Prose

Abstract: The article examines M. Tsvetaeva’s prose from the viewpoint of correlation between the notions “norm” and “anomaly”. Within the study the researcher focuses on analysing linguistic anomalies by the material of identified text fragments with free indirect speech. The paper concludes that the writer tends to experiment with the word, syntax and punctuation.
