“…In addition, in our thorough review of the literature we found a case published under the name of ‘linear APACHE’ in a 9-year-old Japanese girl presenting with a dark red, linear plaque on the posterior area of the right lower leg for about 5 years. In this case, the initial scattered papules had progressively coalesced into a linear plaque measuring 50 × 12 mm [4]. We also found a similar clinical and pathological observation diagnosed as a marginal zone lymphoma in a 7-year-old girl of Indian origin, presenting as a 36 × 13 mm erythematous plaque with an adjacent 6 × 4 mm erythematous firm papule on the anterior aspect of the lower part of the left leg [5].…”

“…Immunohistochemistry showed a mixture of T-cell and B-cell lymphocytes with numerous plasma cells. Special immunoperoxidase studies in paraffin sections for immunoglobulin light chain showed a polyclonal process in 4 cases/4 [1,2,4]. Immunoglobulin chain rearrangement showed a polyclonal process in 2 cases/2 and monoclonality in 1 case [5].…”

“…Eine hydrope Basalzelldegeneration wurde beschrieben [4], in  Fall auch eine lichenoide Interfacedermatitis mit kolloidalen Körperchen [6]. Immunhistochemisch besteht ein Gemisch von B-und T-Zellen, bei einer CD4:CD8-Ratio von  [4,5].…”
