2014 Les mesures de R.P.E. et de spectroscopie optique ont été effectuées sur des échantillons de rubis (Al2O3:Cr3+) déformés suivant les systèmes de glissement basal et prismatique. Dans le cas d'un glissement basal, certaines raies de R.P.E. sont scindées, ce qui, en liaison avec les résultats optiques, permet d'obtenir des résultats quantitatifs sur la désorientation due aux déformations plastiques. Abstract. 2014 E.P.R. and optic measurements have been carried out on ruby (Al2O3:Cr3+) crystals deformed by compressions along the basal and prismatic glide planes. For a basal slip splittings of E.P.R. lines are observed; by connexion with optical measurements quantitative results on the disorientation due to plastic deformations are obtained.

The influence of plane stress distributions on lineshapes and line positions of EPR transitions in a two-layer system (film-substrat) is investigated. Basing on previous calculations explicit expressions for the lineshape of EPR transitions are derived also for the case of an inhomogeneous stress distribution. The effects of homogeneous and inhomogeneous stress distributions on the EPR spectra of paramagnetic systems with S = 1 are represented. The possibility to confuse stressinduced changes of the lineshape with hyperfine and superhyperfine structures is demonstrated.Der EinfluB von ebenen Spannungsverteilungen auf Linienformen und Linienlagen von EPRubergangen in einer Zwei-Schicht-Anordnung (Film-Substrat) wird untersucht. Basierend auf friiheren Berechnungen werden auch fur den Fa11 einer inhomogenen Spannungsverteilung in der Plattenebene explizite Formeln fur die Linienform der EPR-Ubergange abgeleitet. Die Auswirkungen von homogenen und inhomogenen Spannungsverteilungen auf die EPR-Spektren von paramagnetischen Systemen mit S = 1 werden dargestellt. Die Moglichkeit der Verwechslung von spannungsinduzierten VerLnderungen der Linienform mit Hyperfein-bzw. Superhyperfeinstrukturen wird aufgezeigt.

The influence of stresses generated by roughening or oxidation of silicon samples on the E P R spectra of Be0 in silicon is investigated. Starting from previous calculations it is possible to explain the changes in the angular dependence of the spectra, and to determine the stress components in the SiO, film and in the Si surface affected by roughening. The stress values determined by the E P R analysis are compared with the results obtained by other methods.Der EinfluB der durch Aufrauhung oder Oxydation von Siliziumproben erzeugten Spannungen auf die E P R Spektren von Feoin Silizium wird untersucht. Ausgehend von friiheren Berechnungen konnen die winkelabhangigen Bnderungen der Spektren erklart und die Spannungskomponenten im SiO,-Film und in der durch Aufrauhung beeintrachtigten Siliziumoberflache bestimmt werden. Die durch die E P R Analyse bestimmten Werte werden mit den Ergebnissen verglichen, die mit anderen Methoden erhalten wurden.
