Lid Wiper Epitheliopathy and Dry Eye Symptoms

Abstract: Lid wiper epitheliopathy, diagnosed by staining with fluorescein and rose bengal dyes, is a frequent finding when symptoms of dry eye are experienced in the absence of routine clinical dry eye findings.
