Levels of Alternaria Toxins in Selected Food Commodities Including Green Coffee

Abstract: Alternaria toxins are emerging mycotoxins, candidates for regulation by European Authorities. Therefore, highly sensitive, confirmatory, and reliable analytical methodologies are required for their monitoring in food.
