Level of competence of the administrative staff at Yarmouk University in light of their demographic differences

Abstract: The present study aims at revealing the level of competence of the administrative staff at Yarmouk University. In order to achieve the objective of the study, a population of 291 individuals were randomly selected. The results show that level of functional efficiency was average. Moreover, there were statistically significant differences due to gender and qualification.
