Это сказывается на качестве професси-ональной подготовки специалистов, которая не всегда соответствует требованиям совре-менного рынка труда. В этих условиях разви-тие профессионального, интеллектуального адаптационного потенциала студентов, жела-ния учиться, эффективно овладевать знани-ями, умениями и навыками, необходимыми для успешного выполнения профессиональ-ной деятельности, становятся особенно акту-альными 1 . Нестабильность и непредсказуе-мость социальных процессов обусловливает повышенные требования к учащемуся, кото-рому приходится учитывать внешние социаль-ные требования и сохранять при этом осново-полагающие внутренние установки и убежде-ния, т. В последнее время наблюдается значи-тельная эволюция в тенденциях изучения адаптационного потенциала как совокупности личностных характеристик и свойств, от кото-рых зависит умение учащегося справляться с проблемными ситуациями, активно искать из них выход, тем самым приобретая новые каче-ства, позволяющие ему становиться полно-правным и полноценным членом общества [19; 20]. Происходит смещение интересов ис-следователей с биологических и физиологиче-ских характеристик на психические и социаль-ные, а также смещение акцента из сферы пси-хических отклонений к рассмотрению здоро-вой личности [24]. Все больше российские ис-следователи обращаются к проблеме общей адаптации «к жизни» [14; 15], анализируют индивидуальные способы, стили и стратегии поведения, которые личность использует не только в сложных экстремальных ситуациях, но и в обычной жизни [19]. Актуальной стано-вится проблема развития адаптивных возмож-ностей и способностей личности для утвер-ждения в социальной среде [4].В зарубежной литературе также уделя-ется внимание проблеме влияния личностного адаптационного потенциала на эффективность адаптации и социализации, успешность обуче-ния учащихся [1][2][3][4]. Исследуются проблемы адаптации молодежи вообще и отдельные ее аспекты в частности [5; 6]. Decrease of the Cognitive Dissonance of the Foreign Students at the Russian University based on the Extracurricular Activities
