Les temps de la catastrophe

Abstract: En frappant les Antilles dans la nuit du 5 au 6 septembre 2017, l'ouragan Irma est venu rappeler l'exposition des Îles-du-Nord aux risques cycloniques. Deux ans après son passage, l'île de Saint-Martin a amorcé sa reconstruction mais conserve encore les stigmates du passage de l'ouragan pour une durée encore difficile à évaluer.
