Abstract: Résumé Depuis la fin de la confrontation entre les blocs de l’Est et de l’Ouest, les forces armées allemandes (la Bundeswehr ) ont vécu une transformation profonde qui a changé substantiellement les rapports qu’ils entretenaient avec la société civile.
