Les races hyperspécialisées entre verrouillage et ancrage local, l’exemple du Texel Belge

Abstract: Résumé -Le cas de la race bovine hyperspécialisée Blanc Bleu Belge illustre de façon emblématique la notion de verrouillage en élevage.
