Les innovations organisationnelles dans les groupes coopératifs bancaires. Soumission ou résistance à la norme de la valeur actionnariale ?

Abstract: Les banques coopératives françaises se différencient des banques sociétés anonymes, notamment par leur statut juridique et leurs droits de propriété. Ces caractéristiques se traduisent en principe par une gouvernance régie par une logique de valeur partenariale plutôt qu'actionnariale.
