Les corps étrangers laryngo-trachéo-bronchiques: expérience de l’hôpital d’instruction des armées Omar Bongo Ondimba (HIAOBO) de Libreville

Abstract: L'inhalation accidentelle de corps étranger est fréquente chez l'enfant et exceptionnelle chez l'adulte. Elle représente une urgence respiratoire pouvant mettre en jeu le pronostic vital. L'objectif était de présenter les difficultés de prise en charge des corps étrangers laryngo-trachéo-bronchiques (CELTB).
