Cet article comporte deux grandes parties. D’une part, relativement au débat entre psychologues hédonistes et eudémonistes, il propose une réconciliation de ces deux perspectives en considérant que le bonheur comporte à la fois du sens et du bien-être. D’autre part, il propose une politique du bonheur, en l’exemplifiant dans trois domaines : l’enseignement, la justice et le monde du travail.This paper has two main parts. On the one hand, with respect to the debate between hedonist and eudemonist psychologists, it proposes a reconciliation of these two perspectives, postulating that happiness includes both meaning and well-being. On the other hand, it proposes a policy of happiness, exemplifying it in three areas: education, justice and workplace
