A substantial workforce is employed in Indonesia's informal employment sector of domestic labor. The allure of domestic delivery resides in its significant demand, lucrative compensation, and the absence of prerequisite expertise for entry-level positions. Being a domestic worker is perceived by many as a potentially transformative opportunity, especially by individuals hailing from lower-middle-income households. Nevertheless, a legal framework that guarantees and upholds protection for domestic laborers is presently lacking. Since 2004, the Job Creation and Labor Law has been deemed inadequate to protect domestic workers, significantly increasing their vulnerability. Therefore, it is crucial to conduct additional research on the human rights of domestic workers and establish a legal framework to ensure their future justice. Additionally, raising public awareness about the plight of domestic workers is essential. By conducting a comparative analysis of positive law in Indonesia and the Philippines, the research employs the method of juridical analysis. An assessment of the protection of domestic laborers in Indonesia is the objective. A crucial aspect to consider is the existence of domestic worker legislation in the Philippines. The study also identifies several legal loopholes that may have adverse consequences for domestic laborers, drawing from a comparison with the Kasambahay Law in the Philippines. Considerations such as employment security, working hours, and equitable compensation for domestic workers are of the utmost importance.

Purpose: The COVID-19 pandemic has affected all aspects of life. The socio-economic aspect is one of the affected aspects. This study aimed to determine the relationship between income, marital status, nutritional status, and anemia status with work fatigue among wanita tukang suun at the Badung Market Heritage area after the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: The type of research used in this research is observational analytic with a cross-sectional research design. This research was conducted in the Badung Market Heritage area. The sample of this study was taken by total sampling and obtained 107 respondents. The exclusion criteria in this study were wanita tukang suun who were under 18 years of age and had jobs other than as wanita tukang suun. The data in this study were collected using several instruments. Results: Wanita tukang suun mostly earns more than IDR 50.000 per day with a total of 75 respondents (70,1%), is married with a total of 96 respondents (89,7%), has a normal BMI with a total of 56 respondents (52.3%), have mild anemia with a total of 92 respondents (86.0%), experience light fatigue with a total of 92 respondents (86.0%). Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between anemia status and nutritional status with work fatigue. Variables of daily income and marital status are not related to the incidence of work burnout among wanita tukang suun.

Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is essential in machining engineering lessons at vocational schools because students often carry out practices involving many complex and sharp objects. This research aims to analyze occupational safety and health implementation in machining practical learning. This research uses an ex-post facto quantitative approach—research subjects in class XI machining engineering in four vocational schools with a sample of 172 people. Data collection uses surveys, observations, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research is regression analysis. The findings show first, there is a significant influence between the application of K3 on learning machining practices. Second, the analysis results of the impact of the application of K3 on learning machining practices are in the weak category. Third, the results of the synthesis and evaluation show that there are four reasons or factors that influence the inadequate implementation of K3 in learning machining practices, including the lack of student knowledge about K3, the lack of school facilities related to K3, the lack of student perception regarding the importance of K3, and the lack of student behavior regarding K3 (motivation, discipline, honesty). This research concludes that applying K3 in learning machining practices is the task of stakeholders and every individual because health and safety at work are some of the supporting aspects towards success.
