Legal principles of agrochemical passportation of agricultural land in Ukraine

Abstract: The article provides a scientific and theoretical analysis of the legal basis of agrochemical certification of land in Ukraine. It is indicated that ensuring the protection of agricultural land is impossible without the creation of an effective mechanism for maintaining the quality of soils, which requires their agrochemical certification.
