Legal Mentality as a Means to Overcome Formal Legal Nihilism in Russian Society

Abstract: In this work, the author analyzes the connection between legal culture and legal mentality. He attempts to prove that Russian legal nihilism can be broken if the legislator takes into account the special features of Russian legal mentality and legal sense.
