Legal Issues Related to Combating Cybercrime: Experience of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract: This paper deals with the legal issues related to combating cybercrime in the global information and communication networks through comparative analysis of relevant legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Western European countries.
