Left ventricular function before and after kidney transplantation. A prospective study in patients with juvenile-onset diabetes mellitus

Abstract: The aim of the present investigation was to discover whether disturbed left ventricular (LV) function limits renal replacement therapy in patients with juvenile onset diabetes mellitus.
