Left parapharyngeal ectopic goitre associated with eutopic thyroid and postoperative Horner's syndrome

Abstract: Ectopic thyroid should be considered as a possible diagnosis of a parapharyngeal mass. Although rare, Horner's syndrome is a dreaded complication of surgery of the parapharyngeal space.
