Learning in 21 st century is very important. The needs of teacher and student can be known by interviewe and observation. The content of the book in elementary school is good but some material is not child friendly and makes misconception for the student. The content of the book was giving effect for the student. Misconception influenced self-actualization of students. It is important to answer the needs of teacher and student in learning. The teacher said that needed media for improving self-actualization student through lift the flapstory book based on child friendly. Children are entitled to develop according to physic and mental development. Level of human need is different. The human need is self-actualization. Self-actualization in learning can be enhanced through learning media. One of learning media is lift the flap story book based on child friendly. This study aimed to determine the needs of teachers to the lift the flapstory book based on child friendly. This research used survey research conducted on fourth grade students of elementary school who were 100 students. The result of this research is the necessity of teacher to lift the flap story book based on child friendly to improve self-actualization student Keywords-21 st century learning, lift the flap story book, child friendly, self-actualization Lift the Flap Story Book is a book can be opened and closed. The book is a part of picture book.[4] Picture books which contains is skillful paper engineering can prompt children to design and create their own books including feature such as illustrations

Recent trend seems to indicate that undergraduate law students nowadays are so used to having several weeks or more to complete their assignments, most of the time guided by their instructor’s feedback while completing them. This is in addition to ‘spoon-feeding’, ‘powerpoint slides-based’, ‘one way street’, series of lectures done on a weekly basis to help them prepare for their final semester exams. This practice however runs counter to the reality of the legal profession where lawyers constantly work in stressful environments, under time pressure, while juggling multiple tasks involving crucial financial and live issues of their clients. This action research paper investigates the benefits and impacts of using time pressured assessment as a tool of transformative education to produce a more practice-ready graduate as expected by the industry. Using qualitative approach, it explores the concept of transformative education, and examines the use of ‘pressure’ element to prepare students for the real world, and teach them the fundamental lawyering skills needed for legal practice. At a time of declining resilience of a law graduates, a competitive legal job market, and the ever high expectation of practice-ready law graduates, this paper is paramount in answering whether law schools should reconsider its curriculum to be more transformative by adding the element of time pressured assessment.

Does Evaluation System Cause a Rise in Instructors’ Informatization Teaching Abilities? Evidence from Chinese Universities

With education reform and the application of informatization in Chinese universities, instructors' informatization teaching abilities represent a popular topic in social and academic circles; this knowledge is also of great significance in cultivating informatization teaching among college instructors. Based on scale development, this study uses structural equation modelling combined with survey data from 252 universities in China to study relationships among the university evaluation system, work pressure, and instructors' informationalized teaching abilities. Results show that the rationality of the evaluation system positively influences college instructors' informationalized teaching abilities. Work pressure plays a partial intermediary role between the evaluation system and informationalized teaching abilities.
