A biopsychosocial approach to the concept of empowering empathy and communication is the idea of strengthening the competence and capability of the counselor. Strengthening the counselor capability is the counselor's capacity in linking interactions and actions with various biological factors. Strengthening the counselor competence is the ability of counselors to link interactions and actions with psychological and social factors. The concept of strengthening the competencies and capabilities formed are used as the principles of constructing video video on demand technology, as a message design in learning. Video video on demand technology is the motivation for empathetic skills and Literacy of communication skills for counselor candidates. The biopsychosocial approach can also be a way of identifying counselees' problems. The study of biopsychosocial conceptual has three categories. 1) conceptual review, 2) principles of development. 3) study on video on demand implementation in the learning process

Abstract-Development of learning system in the network with the involvement of Massive Open Online Program (MOOCs) at the State University of Malang, is a priority scale. The open system is the fastest step in developing student's ability to innovate. The study provides an analytical note 1) who the students of Malang State University are and how they have the integrity of an innovator after using the technology, 2) the online learning ecology blended at State University Malang. The first stage of the analysis of MOOCs was done by making a survey of three student forces with six research classes. The second phase of ecology learning development was done through the website. The result was the development of MOOCs accelerated the emergence of contributor ideas so that the learners were facilitated to develop their ability to innovate.

Comparing goals to outcomes for graduates of a competency‐based education program

Background The case for the efficacy of competency‐based education (CBE) has been hampered by the lack of research on the outcomes of CBE programs. Because so many programs are relatively new, the outcomes data that have been published do not extend much beyond graduation. In addition, it focuses almost exclusively on job‐related outcomes even though CBE learners have multiple goals. Aims This study seeks to assess the enduring outcomes of a CBE program by comparing the goals students articulated upon starting the program to the outcomes they identified several years after it. Methods The initial goals that 68 graduates articulated when they began this program were used to develop a survey that was sent to the 58 students for whom contact information was available. Thirty‐three responded to the survey, resulting in a 57% response rate. Results & Discussion This CBE program had an enduring positive impact on the goals the students articulated when they started the program. Students started the program with more professional and personal than social goals, and they reported more professional and personal outcomes. The impact of the CBE program was most pronounced in personal outcomes. Conclusion This study offers a limited contribution to the nascent research into the efficacy of CBE. It raises several questions for further study, including the extent to which the primary value of CBE is degree completion.
