The main aim of this report is to identify and describe the idea of digital leadership. For the study, the effects of digital leaders' traits and experience on the digitalization process will be examined. Different multinational and global businesses have been examined to apply the concept of digital leadership to their businesses. In this paper, with the goal of an organizational literature review, we analyze the concept of digital leadership. The paper seeks to identify the digital leadership concept; to analyze these abilities and their impacts deeply in the new digital age. As a result of detailed literature research, digitalization and technological developments lead businesses to transform organizational structures, processes, business models, and strategies. Digital leadership is crucial for organizations to survive in the new digital era by adapting and transforming business strategies. To accomplish business objectives and successfully drive the digital business transformation, digital leaders use and enhance the company's digital assets. Digital leaders have different abilities and perspectives compared to traditional leaders. However, many organizations do not understand digital leaders' value, leading to poor performance and unrecoverable failures. This research paper demonstrates a strong link between digital leadership and corporate success and productivity, following the analysis and clarification of the digital leadership concept generated in the modern age and the review of variable business strategies and positioning of the leadership concept in different sectors.

The development of technology globally and spread of Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) around Indonesia has necessitated social distancing measures to minimize the disease dissemination. Along with this deal, it is necessary to have a leader's role in face this problem. This research addressed to identify the process of digital leadership by the leader in order to lead, support and manage the school by the utilizing of technology during pandemic covid19. Accordingly, a qualitative research design using questionnaires and semi-structured interviews were employed to collect the research data. A closeended questionnaire was administered to the teachers, staff, and students of MA Nurul Falah to identify their opinion about implementing digital leadership and how it's reflected in the new education system during pandemic covid-19. Furthermore, researchers have conducted a semi-structured interview to look deep into the data in this research. This research showed that most of the participants' size up that digital leadership in MA Nurul Falah was lower. In conclusion, based on the questionnaire and interviews, the role of leader and digital leadership implementation significantly affected to the management and learning activities in MA Nurul Falah.

The purpose of this research is to find out and to prove empirically whether Transformational Leadership and nursing workload to job satisfaction and its implications on organization citizenship behavior (OCB) nursing DKI Jakarta Hospital Government. To find answers to these questions, there were 7 hypothesis in this study: Transformational leadership and nursing workload or entirely have an influence on the job satisfaction of nursing DKI Jakarta Hospital Government, as well as the style of transformational leadership, nursing workload and job satisfaction partially or entirely affect the OCB of nursing DKI Jakarta Hospital Government. The research method was descriptive verification, with a total population of 731 nursing. Number of samples obtained by the method of estimation using rule of thumb with calculation of 5 × 43 = 215 respondents.Where as the research instrument used is observation, literature study and questionnaire. With questionnaire scoring using Likert scale 1-5. The analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis to describe the data collected without intending to create generally accepted conclusions or generalization. Descriptive analysis was performed using SPSS 22.00 program. The model used in this study was a model of causality or correlation effect. To test the hypothesis proposed in this study, the analysis technique used was structural equation modeling, operated through LISREL 8.70 program. Based on the analysis, this study used Sub-Structural Equation of R 2 0.44 or 44% and structural equation of R 2 0.70 or 70%, while 30% is affected by other variables that were not explored in this research. Therefore, it was proven that the transformational leadership, nursing workload and job satisfaction significantly influenced partially or entirely OCB of nursing DKI Jakarta Hospital Government.
