Leadership Styles and organizational citizenship behaviour in secondary schools

Abstract: Leadership style has not been effectively examined in educational institution in developing countries. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of Leadership styles on organizational citizenship behaviour (OCBs) among secondary school teachers.
