Leadership styles and employees’ work outcomes in nonprofit organizations: the role of work engagement

Abstract: PurposeThis study aims to investigate the effects of transformational and transactional leaders’ behaviors on employees’ affective commitment and organizational citizenship behavior in the context of nonprofit organizations (NPOs).
