Le milieu scolaire : un terrain privilégié de l’enseignement et/ou de l’éducation aux risques naturels dans les territoires d’outre-mer ?

Abstract: Cet article interroge les velléités institutionnelles d'éducation aux risques naturels au sein du milieu scolaire des territoires d'outre-mer. D'une part, un rapport sénatorial de juillet 2018 insiste sur l'importance du milieu scolaire comme terrain privilégié de l'éducation aux risques. D'autre part, les pouvoirs publics affichent depuis le début des années 2000 une volonté forte d'adapter les programmes scolaires nationaux aux départements et régions d'outre-mer afin de répondre à leurs spécificités locales… Show more
