Abstract: En vue d’étudier les pratiques managériales influencées par des convictions religieuses, l’auteur1 s’intéresse à des entreprises appartenant à un réseau d’inspiration catholique se réclamant d’une « culture du don », qu’il analyse sous l’angle de la culture organisationnelle.
