Le contrat de génération : une occasion manquée pour la transmission professionnelle ?

Abstract: Cet article propose une analyse de la place accordée à la transmission des compétences et des savoirs professionnels dans le contrat de génération. Il s’appuie sur une lecture critique du texte de loi du 1 er mars 2013 et des documents destinés aux employeurs, sous le regard croisé d’une économiste et d’une ergonome.
