Law Enforcement Problems of Illegal Tin Mining in Realizing Restorative Justice: A Study at the Bangka Resort Police

Abstract: Law enforcement against criminal acts without a permit (illegal mining) must be carried out for the sake of social justice for all Indonesian people.
