“…After 14 days of culture, the total RNA of each cell-scaffold construct (n ​= ​5 per group) was isolated using TRIzol reagent (Life Technologies, USA) and the RNA concentration was measured using a NanoDrop system (Thermo Scientific, USA) based on the manufacture's protocol.
