Large Eddy Simulation of Wake-Shear Layer Interactions Over a Multi-Element Aerofoil

Abstract: Modern commercial airliners use multi-element aerofoils to enhance take-off and landing performance. Further, multielement aerofoil configurations have been shown to improve the aerodynamic characteristics of wind turbines.
