Laparoscopic resections of the pancreas in children with hyperinsulinism

Abstract: Introduction. Congenital hyperinsulinism (CHI) is an inherited disease characterized by severe persistent hypoglycemia in the neonatal period due to insulin hypersecretion and rapid development of neurologic and systemic disorders.
