Laparoscopic pyloroplasty versus endoscopic per-oral pyloromyotomy for the treatment of gastroparesis

Abstract: Per-oral endoscopic pyloromyotomy (POP) is safe and effective for the treatment of medical refractory gastroparesis. POP has less perioperative morbidity compared to LP with comparative functional outcomes.
