The article is devoted to the problem of the search and generalization of the values, which allow making an objective assessment of the efficiency of agricultural land use. For the whole period of the existence of humankind land resources have been the basic condition of its survival and further evolution, as they are a natural platform of production of all material goods. The final values of the work of agrarian sphere are in dependence to the efficiency of agricultural land use, being both the subject and the means of labor for agricultural organizations and enterprises. Nowadays the question of the efficiency of agricultural land use has been studied widely, but the importance of the further research and the improvement of this aspect remains, as the stability of the agricultural production is directly proportional to the presence and efficiency of the agricultural landholdings use. However, for the improvement of the efficiency and results rating of land use in the agricultural sector it is necessary to use the systematic approach, implying the application of the methodology of its assessment on the basis of generalizing, complex, integral value, used as a consequence as the assessment criterion to build the rating of the agribusiness organizations of the region with the aim of making reasonable management decisions. The materials of this research are the data of annual fiscal (accounting) statements of agricultural producers of the Kurgan region, being in published sources and on the official sites, as well as the materials provided to the authors upon their request. In the conducted study such methods have been used as the analysis and comparison, methods of generalization and statistical analysis. While writing this article, economic statistical analysis of the agricultural land use of Zauralie has been carried out. Moreover, the algorithm of rating construction of households with the aim of effective agricultural land use has been elaborated. The innovation of the research is in the fact that the questions of the improvement of efficiency and results rating of land use in the agriculture have been studied on the basis of systematic approach, implying the application of the methodology of its assessment of generalizing, complex, integral value; the necessity of the use of the complex integral value of economic efficiency of agricultural land use is stated as the assessment criterion to build the rating of agribusiness organizations of the region with the aim of making reasonable management decisions; the influence of economic efficiency of agricultural land use on the financial results of activity of agroorganizations is shown.

Altai Krai is traditionally classified as a major industrial and agricultural regions of the country. The machine-building complex (production of tractors, agricultural machinery, wagons, engines, boilers), the chemical and petrochemical industries (tires, artificial fibers, plastic products, chemical products), the food industry (meat, cheese making), and the light industry (manufacturing) are quite developed. fabrics, knitwear), mining (mining of polymetallic ores, gold, table and glauber salts, coal). Agriculture prevails in agriculture in the Altai Territory. Altai Territory is one of the largest producers of grain, milk, meat and other agricultural products. The territorial specialization of agricultural production in the region is determined by the complex mechanism of interaction of natural and climatic factors, as well as soil and geomorphological features. Among cultivated crops, cereals prevail. Hard and strong varieties of zoned spring wheat are grown in the most provided warm steppe part of the territory of the region. Altai Krai is the only region beyond the Ural Mountains where sugar beets are grown. Among oilseeds, the lion’s share is occupied by sunflower, although commodity production of oilseed flax, mezeum, long flax, rapeseed and other industrial crops is gradually developing.

The purpose of the research is to make the method of introducing innovations, taking into account its economic, environmental, and social aspects. Methodology. To carry out the research, a multilateral approach to assessing the choice of technology, changing the operational capabilities of technology, get an integrated effect is applied. Results. The method of introducing innovations is recommended to take into account the quantitative and qualitative reproduction of the technical base of agricultural production. The method consists of five stages, including the division of the target into macro-, meso-, micro-levels, remote observation of changes in soil characteristics, consideration of the interaction of participants in land relations during the creation of projects, the use and next adjustment of the results of scientific achievements, comparison of potential benefits with actual data. It contains an economic calculation that confirms the advantage of minimal tillage over traditional technology. The authors have proved the expediency of using the sowing complex of the SC "Kuzbass", reducing the cost of labour, the purchase of fuel and fuels and lubricants and others. The total savings of operating costs will be 1628.1 roubles from 1 hectare, or 51.6%. The development of new technologies in agricultural land use makes it possible to obtain economic benefits, ecological and social effect. The scientific novelty of the research is to improve the method of introducing innovations, taking into account economic, ecological, and social aspects by streamlining the interrelated processes of using scientific achievements in agricultural land use: structuring the goal, obtaining analytical information, the use of a multilateral approach to the evaluation of technology choices, change in the operational capabilities of technology, the establishment of an integral effect. Practical implications. The author's method is recommended to state bodies, agricultural organizations in order to develop organizational, managerial, socioeconomic , ecological, technical and technological areas for increasing the efficiency of agricultural land use, contributing to optimization of working conditions, preserving and improving the quality of the land, use of resource-saving equipment and of the progressive achievements in agriculture, etc. Conclusion. The research defines the economic indicators of innovative soil cultivation technology, lists the ways to achieve environmental benefits and social efficiency.
