Lack of amygdala habituation to negative emotional faces in alcohol use disorder and the relation to adverse childhood experiences

Abstract: Aberrant limbic circuit reactivity to negative stimuli might be related to alterations in emotion processing and regulation in alcohol use disorder (AUD).
