“…Por lo tanto, las respuestas frente a la crisis se han basado principalmente en negociaciones de pactos por el empleo y la competitividad de ámbito sectorial o nacional y en negociaciones directas a nivel de empresa (Hyman, 2010). Por supuesto, observamos estas tendencias en el caso emblemático de Alemania, donde el sistema de relaciones laborales cooperativas y, en particular, los pactos negociados entre los interlocutores sociales han permitido el mantenimiento de los puestos de trabajo y el apoyo a la competitividad de las empresas (Bellmann, Gerner y Laible, 2016;Zagelmeyer, 2016); pero estas tendencias también afectan a otros países y forman parte de las negociaciones sobre el empleo y la competitividad en las empresas, también denominadas «negociaciones de concesiones» (concession bargaining), que se iniciaron mucho antes de la crisis (Marginson, 2015;Roche, Teague y Coughlan, 2015;Távora y González, 2016;Freyssinet, 2016).
