Abstract: Este trabajo analiza el conflicto planteado en Francia a raíz de la publicación de las caricaturas de Mahoma, renovado actualmente por la celebración del juicio por los atentados del año 2015 y que ha impulsado, entre otras razones, el proyecto de ley para reforzar los valores de la república.
