La Malakoplakie Rétropéritonéale Pseudotumorale

Abstract: Malacoplakia is a granulomatous inflammatory disease, has a preference for the urogenital tract and less frequently affects gastrointestinal tract and the retroperitoneal region. It is caused by a disorder of macrophage bactericidal function. Its definition is pathological. We report the unusual case of a male patient who was under long term corticotherapy to the long course.
