Abstract: Cet article propose de déterminer la nature et le rôle des outils de gestion dans les organisations de l’ESS, qu’ils soient importés ou non de l’ économie classique. Nous postulons que l’enjeu majeur, pour ces structures, n’est pas de créer nécessairement des outils spécifiques, ni d’importer ceux de l’économie traditionnelle, mais surtout de penser l’appropriation des outils, quels qu’ils soient.
