Abstract: Résumé Cet article travaille l’hypothèse que le système touristique a provoqué une double « révolution urbaine » : la première débute au xviii e siècle et correspond au développement partout dans le monde de lieux urbains créés spécifiquement par et pour le tourisme : la station touristique.
