La Détermination de la Thiosémicarbazide Par L'Hypobromite

Abstract

Optimal conditions were determined for the titrimetric determination of thiosemicarbazide with alcaline hypobromite solutions. It appears that the number of electrons exchanged (n = 12) corresponds to a stochiometric reaction. Precision is about 0,25% and accuracy, checked by potentiometric titration with CeIV has a mean deviation of 0,15%.
