“…The FT-IR spectra of Tyr, PTyr-tyrosinase, and PTyr-tyrosinase-GOx composites showed significant NH stretching vibrations (3490–3300 cm –1 ) of secondary amines, indicating the polymerization and newly formed benzoquinone CO bands also observed from 950 to 650 cm –1 . The scanning electron microscopy images of PTyr-modified electrodes through enzymatic oxidation showed a comparatively uniform electrode distribution as compared to electrodes fabricated through chemical oxidation . Similarly, an immunosensor was developed by the adsorption of PTyr of molecular weight 10–40 kDa on MWCNTs through electrochemical oxidation.…”

“…The scanning electron microscopy images of PTyrmodified electrodes through enzymatic oxidation showed a comparatively uniform electrode distribution as compared to electrodes fabricated through chemical oxidation. 121 Similarly, an immunosensor was developed by the adsorption of PTyr of molecular weight 10−40 kDa on MWCNTs through electrochemical oxidation. Prostate-specific antigen (PSA) peptide was conjugated using an EDC cross-linker, thereby enhancing the electrochemical signal of the electrode.…”
