L'organisation du travail en exploitation d'élevage : analyse de 630 Bilans Travail réalisés dans huit filières animales

Abstract: S’intéresser au travail des éleveurs et à la vivabilité des exploitations devient primordial dans le contexte actuel d’interrogations fortes sur le renouvellement des éleveurs.
